You can't say whether or not it was a bad landing, as you don't know what the conditions are like. ie. there could be a very strong crosswind at ground level which caused the plane to do that, and the pilots had to compensate for it.

There was a crosswind, so that kind of landing would be expected. It wouldn't call it a bad landing more of a good one. They recovered well from that.

That is quiet far from the area where the aircraft got the crosswind. Although the video makes it look like its near but its further than you think. It could also be a JetBlast or air turbulence from a previous aircraft.

 

At the point the aircraft started to sway the rudder ailerons are not moving so it could not have been any one of the the pilots doing this.
