I Need help with a WMI filter

We have had a member of staff come in and discuss the new system for coursework on the computers in a controlled environment. The students can't have access to the internet whilst working on their coursework apparently, so we need to apply a policy which does not give the students internet settings in certain lessons (ie. at certain times of the day/week). I was thinking that maybe we could apply a Group policy that is configured with a WMI filter for certain times, but the only problem is that I can't find any examples of this.

 

Does anybody have any idea of either what the WMI filter would be, or another way to enforce this rule?

If you are using 2008 looks like you can do it using preferences to target days and times.
