Right click on the network icon in the system tray (lower right hand corner) and click "Network and Sharing Center", in the left hand tasks pannel of the window click "Manage Wireless Networks".

 

From there you can add, delete or edit the stored wireless profiles as you need to.

Thank You for replying so quickly. That unfortunately did but didn't help. The connection that I entered the wrong key for was not there but I did see the other wireless networks that the user had previously connected to there so I know it should have shown there but for some reason beyond me the connection that I needed to show there did not show there. I was able to get the user connected to another one of our wireless ap's but that one does not have as good a signal but will work for the mean time.
