Serco SMS Setup

We would like to use the SMS option from facility, does anyone know where we enter the proxy server address settings.

Have you got the Serco SMS handbook? If not you need that it tells you everything you need to know on where to set things up.

 

If you go onto Firstline select Service Desk, then choose download (to get to the main downloads section where there are lots of useful handbooks), expand the Handbooks option in the left menu and select text messaging and voilla the item in the main window is the SMS handbook, fine written for and older version but should be a good starting place

 

(sorry to be not much more use than that, we opted not to use the Facility SMS option as it wasn't flexible enough and too costly for our needs)

He's absolutely right. Best place to be is the firstline website. The settings are in the Master Config, but i'd recommend you look up the correct procedure on Firstline.
