BT Versatility Incoming Call Pickup

Have a BT Versatility system. Created a Hunt group using extension 20, 22 & 27. This works fine and when an extension in the Hunt Group starts ringing when it is picked up it answers the call.

 

The problem is when an incoming call comes in the call cannot be picked up from any extension including ones in the hunt group that are not ringing. Neither the 726 or 727 codes or pressing the incoming line button seem to work. Any Ideas?

I've not got my engineer book on me at present but have you enabled call pickup to allow the extensions to pickup calls?

Thank you very much for your help it is appreciated.

I have looked through the three BT manuals I have found on the BT Versatility and cannot see a code to enable call pickup. I wondered if it might be called something else that I don't associate with enabling the feature.

Let me see what I can find in the engineer main book as that usually throws up some good bits that the ones you probably have don't.
