Sanyo PLC-XE40 Projector Not Starting Up

The Sanyo PLC-XE40 will not start up, the following has been done, the BALLAST PSU has been replaced, the Fans are all working, the Thermal re-set switch is working, there is around 380V DC at the input of the BALLAST unit, the voltage is correct. The LAMP has been replaced, when I switch on the projector, the RED standby light comes on, I then power on via the remote, the light turns green, as if it is starting up, if I look closely at the LAMP section the lamp is lit but very DIM, it then goes off, and does the cycle again, for about 3 times then the projector shuts down, could this be a MAIN PCB fault?
