[ms office - 2010] Excel: Link to send current spreadsheet as attachment

I want to put a "click here to email" link at the bottom of a spreashsheet that will email the current document.. How would I go about doing thaT?

Hyperlink for the Send to: button? Bit of VBS to place a control to do the same thing? Not really sure how it works but the user needs an existing mail client for either of those I think.

Ive got the hyperlink opening up outlook and filling the To and subject field.. Its just having the excel as an attachment I cant do..

I dont know how to do that.. Could you step me through it please?

 

Excel for me is flight simulater and doing some sums.. VBA is way out my depths ;p

Sorry as I said previously, I'm not too sure of VBA either. Just seems logical that the task should be able to be coded. Some time since I wrote any and that wasn't in Excel. However, I'll have a think over the weekend I like a challenge
