SYNACK Posted July 28, 2010 Posted July 28, 2010 What else do you do in your spare time??? :-) "The same thing we do every night, Pinky—try to take over the world!" Pinky and the Brain - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
SYNACK Posted July 28, 2010 Posted July 28, 2010 Lie to Me is good and no fake accent from Tim Roth. I like Bones, doesn't take itself seriously The Mentalist also good Can't get into Warehouse 13, likewise Chuck and Dexter. Dr Who, I never got from the very start. I'm over 50, I'm sure that has some bearing on my choices. I like the steampunk astetic of Warehouse 13, I even have the Farnsworth set as my phones ringtone which usually makes people jump , Dexter was just so cleverly crafted to make the killer the one to empathise with that I found it refreshing and Chuck although cringeworthy sometimes is a good fun way to idle my mind I do tend to watch a lot of TV to escape though so my viewing habbits tend more to escapisum
creese Posted July 28, 2010 Posted July 28, 2010 Really enjoyed "Sherlock", Interesting when he entered "Sherlock Holmes" into Google. A world without Conan Doyle. A sort of unreal reality. Difficult to grasp a contemporary world where important bits of it don't and never existed.
creese Posted July 28, 2010 Posted July 28, 2010 steampunk Never heard of that until today, then I come across it twice. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/10171206
laserblazer Posted July 28, 2010 Posted July 28, 2010 Just got in for lunch and scanned the tv options which ranged from bilge downwards but saw House was on C5. I've never seen it before, it's quite good. I can see a serious love/hate relationship growing between him and the big black guy!
RabbieBurns Posted July 28, 2010 Posted July 28, 2010 What else do you do in your spare time??? :-) I think i need to find a hobby or a sport eh!

Just has Holmes had one love in his life, unrequited.
torledo Posted July 28, 2010 Posted July 28, 2010 am quite liking misfits on four/E4 at the moment, although i think it was first broadcast earlier in the year.
SpuffMonkey Posted July 29, 2010 Posted July 29, 2010 I enjoyed "Treme" - by the bloke who created the Wire - half the fun was spotting the famous musicians playing in the various scenes.
beeswax Posted July 29, 2010 Posted July 29, 2010 I'd put it on a par with Crowe's. Actually, his accent is quite authentic - Crow Nation - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
