Hyperlinks from Office packages to Videos

Hi There,

 

On three occasions in the last week or so, I have had to help staff out with problems which have just started occurring with Microsoft Office. They placed hyperlinks in their powerpoints or excel documents to be directed to Videos. It just says - no program is registered to open this file. Does anybody have any clues as to what could sort this problem?
