Server 2008 Backup

I am just wondering what software other people are using to backup there 2008 servers i am looking for somthing that is hopefully free and somthing that i can automate via a script. Thanks

The built in back up will schedule a backup to an attached HD (USB might suit its what we use.) I also use karens replicator to farm off copies of the users areas once a week to another server for quick and dirty restores (no permission but great for tracking down a file that has been deleted.

its not free, but have a look at dpm, it costs peanuts and gives you a world of functionality.
