[closed] misc: Article: thread - no access

When clicking the thread, pointing to Article: Microsoft Skydrive - Office - Live, from the New Posts list I get an error:

 

Sorry, you do not have permission to access this page.

 

However, I can reach the article from other places.

Joy, it appears vBulletin have deliberately changed this to ignore permissions I set on the comments forum and they have literally hard locked access out for users. They lovely thing is they never mentioned this in their changelogs. I will prevent the Article: stuff feeding into the rss etc.

I noticed that when Articles are in the New Posts list, in the Forums column, they are listed as vBcms Comments.

I have hacked out the code vbulletin added to block access so this should be resolved for now.
