Hello all,

 

Wondering if you guys are able to have a go at freshening up or Vectorising our logo?

Im having a go at freshening up our LGW and the logo is the part that is stopping us.

 

also, anyone have any ideas with how to make/design big icons (calendar, search, home, etc) in similar colours?

I think someone should do a video on how they do these in illustrator/photo shop so people can learn. I would defiantly watch it and learn from it.

I had to google the motto, because I couldn't sit back and take it that your school's motto is telling me to give up my job and change my preference of the opposite sex.

 

On topic, nice replication. I'd also be interested to know how people do this.

I did this in CorelDRAW X14

 

The fiddly bits are hand drawn over the bitmap using straight line vectors that are then smoothed and adjusted to match the original...

 

The chain and crown were built from basic shapes.

 

I am good at reproducing graphics this way but not so hot on creating new ones
