How many Edugeekers are/have developed/played with developing their own apps - is there enough of us here to form our own little dev support group?

Or is their some java experts around to provide general support.

I'm finding java a bit tricky to understand at times due to the fact that I come from a Pascal/Basic background where we don't even know what OO stands for :)

e.g

    public void debug(String s) {
   	debug(s, false);
   }
   public void debug(String s, boolean nonewline) {
   	Log.d(TAG, s);
   	if (nonewline) {
   		tvDebug.setText(s + tvDebug.getText());
   	} else {
   		tvDebug.setText(s + "\n" + tvDebug.getText());
   	}
   }

Just to print out some debug info :)

I'm sure its beautiful and re-usable but ..... :)

regards

Someone beat you to it mate

Ta

...but it looks like that's more for developing an Edugeek App across multiple platforms.

Certainly don't want to mix with Apple fanbois :lol:
