The purpose of the role is to support staff in delivering effective teaching & learning through the use of information technology and new technologies. ICT is used throughout the school and the post will require maintenance of the ICT infrastructure as well as supporting the school information, assessment and E-learning systems. The person appointed will also provide support and training to staff in their use of ICT and new technologies (The school network & computer systems, the VLE, Digital Projectors, Interactive white boards etc).
