danrhodes Posted June 7, 2010 Posted June 7, 2010 On the back of all the bird box cams heres on in my fish tank! http://90.197.230.107:8081/ D 1
localzuk Posted June 7, 2010 Posted June 7, 2010 I do like fish. They're such quirky creatures - even if people think they're dumb. The goldfish in the kitchen of the building I live in certainly knows who feeds him and when, and behaves very differently around them.
danrhodes Posted June 7, 2010 Author Posted June 7, 2010 In the tank there are two Grass Carp (the long slender silver ones) two Ghost Carp (Smaller ones) and a Gold fish ive had for about 5 years! D
danrhodes Posted June 8, 2010 Author Posted June 8, 2010 It's not online this morning, must not work when you lock the pc?!?! :-(
AngryTechnician Posted June 8, 2010 Posted June 8, 2010 So, I tuned in just now, and this is the FIRST THING I saw:
danrhodes Posted June 8, 2010 Author Posted June 8, 2010 LOL, how have you got on it says it's ofline for me.....and it my fish tank and I cant get on it!! :-(
Gatt Posted June 8, 2010 Posted June 8, 2010 just started my own tropical aquarium at home, just a few Neon Tetras in it at moment, but was thinking about doing a similar thing with a webcam..
danrhodes Posted June 8, 2010 Author Posted June 8, 2010 Mine is a fresh/coldwater tank I used to have a tropical but it was alot of work to keep it up and running nicely. the setup was very easy really give it a go :-) D
AngryTechnician Posted June 8, 2010 Posted June 8, 2010 LOL, how have you got on it says it's ofline for me.....and it my fish tank and I cant get on it!! :-( Are you on the same internal network as the camera at the moment? If so, the NAT port forwarding on your router probably only forwards requests for the external IP when they come through the external interface. If you use the internal IP to connect it will probably work.
danrhodes Posted June 8, 2010 Author Posted June 8, 2010 It's because I'm on YHGFL internet they seem to block Video Streams using Java Applets?! I can get it on my external internet.
danrhodes Posted June 8, 2010 Author Posted June 8, 2010 (edited) I try to use a mixture, the one you can see on camera is fake, trouble with keeping grass carp in a tank, real plants only last ten minutes before they are eaten! D Edited June 8, 2010 by danrhodes
