steveo2000 Posted May 19, 2010 Posted May 19, 2010 Wondering if anyone can help me as this is driving me insane!! Using Group Policy i've applied a nice new background to the staff logon, however the background image/colour appears through on the icon words on the desktop making the image look rubbish! Is there a way to stop this and make it transparent? Ive tried BMP and JPG images and im running out of ideas! Ive logged in locally and tried it and it works fine so its a GPO issue somewhere I guess. To do this normally it would be the "Use drop shadows for icon labels on the desktop" setting in performance options, this is on so I have no idea what im doing wrong. If someone has a wallpaper applied through AD out there and it works without this issue can you tell me what your setting are.... please help! Thanks Steve
