Tablet PC

Looking for either a Tablet Laptop or PC with a screen of around 15"+ (Much easier in the PC format) I found a Viewsonic VPC101 which would do the trick however the Art Teacher who wants it would like to use it flat any ideas if this is possible or any know of a product where it is?

Saw this one at BETT: HP TX1000z Ultra-portable Notebook Tablet PC.

It can be used flat if you want to.

Have a look at Wacom Cintiq series

 

But this is used with existng computers

@pscott: Looks like a nice unit however the price would put me off first as a tablet notebook would work out as cheap as the cheapest of those shame really.
