BBC iPlayer and other video content

Hi, this post is regarding a connection in the Castleford area.

 

Users are finding that loading any content from the BBC is very slow, this is particually regarding video content using either iPlayer or embedded video content on news pages. The content does start to buffer correctly, then either does not buffer and says the content is not available, or it buffers a few seconds then has to stop for 10 - 20 seconds to buffer another few seconds, making watching the video impossible.

 

I have tried this through an external connection and it works fine.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
