Samsung Galaxy Portal Drivers - Windows & 64-Bit

I have a Samsung Galaxy Portal and I want to hook it up to my laptop to use a tethering app. The only problem with this is that I need to install the drivers that were shiiped with my phone but they aren't compatiable with 64-Bit Windows 7.

 

Does anyone know if there is a way of making these work or of a driver release compatible with my OS?
