Default Proxy settings

Such a long time since I set this that I can't remember where it is!

I have to change the default proxy that the school uses, I've managed to individually change all the staff settings but Pupils don't have the necessary tabs in the Internet Options dialogue. Could some kind person point me in the right direction please?

EDIT: Edit Policy, User Configuration, Windows Settings, Internet Explorer Maintainance, Connection, Proxy Settings.
