Start up Scripts and Remote Desktop Problems

Hi all

 

I've installed a new 2008 R2 HP Server into and exhisting domain and over the Easter Holidays we've had a power cut and nothing's working as it should.

 

1st thing that happened is sysvol replication problems, which hopefully is now resolved.

 

2nd AD replication problems, which is also resolved (hopefully).

 

But now the startup scripts seem to run Intermittently and when using remote dekstop i cant access some of the servers using the server name, i have to put in the IP address or the .domain.local after the name to gain access ( which looks like DNS problems) to which i'm stuck on how to repair.

 

Any ideas? help !!
