PHP servmon

Hi Guys

 

I have recently installed PHP Server Monitor from sourceforge and was wondering wether there are any users on here that may be able to help, i have set it up and created the tables in the database and can access it my browser but everytime i try and add a server nothing happens.

 

I know it is talking to the database because it lets me add users and the information is logged in the database but i get no error it just says server has been added, please see attached doc.

 

I am currently testing this on my xp machine with apache mysql php5 and I have enabled Curl

 

Any help or info will be greatly appreciated.

Does it write the servers to a file or the database?

If it's writing to a file (for example a server config file) it is most likely permissions.

It writes to the database and then the script uses the information stored in the database to check that a website is running.

And, you say it's adding users to the database but is it writing the servers you add to the database too?

No Nothing happens it should write them to the database and also show them up in the main page like in the link below.

Hmm, I've just installed and got it to add a server no problems.

Is your PHP setup up-to-date etc?

 

If so, I'd try removing and re-installing. There might have been an issue somewhere?

I hace reinstalled the app a few times now so I think I might try a newer version of PHP. what version are you using? I have got 5.2.4.
