403 error from blogspot and blogger

Our media students need to use this site so we have put it on the allow list for year 12-13 in smooothwall. All was well for the last 6 months but from friday last week all these students get is a 403 forbidden error.

 

Staff can access it no problem (they dont go through SW) but if i give a student direct access to the internet, thus avoiding SW it still gets a 403. If i move a student in to the staff OU and try it, it works. So i am thinking it is GPO related, but we havn't changed anything for a long time.

 

Any thoughts?
