Active Teach - Science

Has anybody ever had a laptop that will not play the audio from Active Teach, yet the laptop audio works perfectly fine.

 

I've tried on another laptop, same spec, same ghost image and it works perfectly fine.

 

And no it's no muted.

Solved - Audio Codec's changed due to install of software by teacher.

What codecs did you put on? I ask as im having the same issue here with one of our staff PCs - the audio will not play through Activeteach, but all other audio works fine - even playing the activeteach videos through media player classic!

Uninstalled the audio driver and installed the newest one from the fujitsu site and then put on KLite - Free-Codecs.com : XP Codec Pack 2.5.1 is one of the most complete codec packs

 

KLite cures all ailments with codec problems.
