E-ILP Reporting Tool

Has anyone had any experience with the tool E-ILP from a company called Web Based? We currently use Fronter but the lack of information and no clear working product yet onj their 2010 Reporting tool has left some senior managers concerned and looking at this product on the basis that "it has been working for 3 years already in Plymouth." They also offered one of those first year cheap deals which holds some sway.

 

I searched on here for E-ILP but nothing was returned, have people heard of this company and if their system is any good and compatible with SIMS? I hear SIMS are ditching SIF for the moment and adding that as a long term development project. That could affect writing to the database for any third party system?

Can you provide a link to where this news can be read or have you heard it by word of mouth. Any further information would be much appreciated.

It was from a rather high up person in our LA. We strayed on to the topic of SIF and how it will take a long time to implement. Looking at the LGfL site at https://support.lgfl.org.uk/public/docs/lgfl_services/SF_SIF.pdf they are using some strange central server so it's probably related to the customised bits and pieces they are using.

 

Is SIMS generally SIF ready out the box?
