Sims.Net - Ascertaining which updates / patches have been applied

We're running Sims.Net - Build 28, Database Build 3.61.615, Version 7.124

 

How do we know if the LA has updated it with Spring Main 10 release? And / or if generic patch 13912 has been applied? The LA don't seem to know which is a bit baffling!

Log in to SOLUS - there's a "SIMS information" button at the bottom which shows if any patches have been applied

Thanks, we have, but there aren't any patches listed. According to the Capita Support Site the patch should be included with the Spring Main 10 Release. We don't know if it's been installed, but we think not as we're experiencing one of the issues the patch fixes in the Report Card feature.

If the spring main release has been applies you should be up to version 7.128 database build 3.61.643

In SQL Server Management Studio, just run this query on your SIMS database:

 

select * from sims.db_update_log

 

This will tell you exactly what patches have been applied, including the date and time.
