Exchange 2010 Address Book Weirdness

Hi there,

 

yesterday I was updating all the staff job titles etc so that they would appear in the Exchange address lists. I done a batch of these about a week ago and all worked fine, ie the details appeared in both the GAB and our own Staff address list.

 

However, after yesterdays stint I have noticed x2 little problems:

 

1) For some of the Staff I have entered detail for, ie a title, the titles are appearing in our Staff address list but not the GAB.

 

2) One or two staff members are in the Staff address book but do not appear at all in the GAB.

 

I have run get-offlineaddressbook | update-offlineaddressbook from the Exchange Management Shell to try and get the GAB in sync but to no avail.

 

Anyone have any ideas?

I worked it out.

 

My Outllook client was configured to use 'Cached Exchange Mode'.
