Exchange 2003 - Domain change question

I have recently demoted a Server 2003 server to a member server, created a new domain, then made it domain controller. All has gone well, but now when trying to open Exchange 2003 System Manager, it tells me "There is no microsoft exchange organisation in that domain".

 

I'm not an exchange setup expert, so need a bit of help..

 

Am I gonna have to reinstall exchange or is there a way to sort this???
