It's going to be an interesting race tomorrow. With Jenson Button, Fernando Alonso, Lewis Hamilton and Felipe Massa lining up 17th, 19th, 20th and 21st there's going to be a bit of a scrap I think to get up to the front.

Hope Webber gets punted off the track on the first bend after what he did to Hamilton in Australia...

it'll certainly be interesting if there's more rain. although not if the rain forces an abandonment of the race, or half the 'race' behind the safety car. If he get's away cleanly from the line, it's Webbers race to lose.

I've made a prediction already elsewhere :)

Alonso and Hamilton to finish at or better than 6th

Webber to crash out with a mistake

Vettel to fail to finish again, mechanical failure

Sutil for a surprise win.

Massa to crash out - after all, Massa and Rain do not mix.

Schumacher to pretty much flounder around the 10th mark, beaten by his younger teammate as well as a couple of the new teams - Kovy in the Lotus maybe.

Kobayashi will try something silly and cause quite a big smack.

Certainly looking forward to it. Hamilton is a proven master of the rain but the circuit hasn't been kind to him yet - if he can pull off a 2008 Silverstone here, it'll be a performance to behold and will cement him as one of the best drivers F1 has seen. But I have a feeling that both he and Alonso will probably try to overtake the same backmarker at the same time and none of them will come out the corner at the other end :D

Button doesn't seem to have gotten a grip in the wet yet, but if he can keep his cool he'll certainly improve on 17th.

The qualifying was great this morning - glad I got up to watch it. Just hope it lashes down with rain after around 45 mins of the race starting.

lightening won't strike thrice, surely ?

Then again, it is malaysia. So it might do. literally. ;)

that's something I'd pay to see :D

We've had all sorts in F1 - airborne crashes, fuel fires, people skidding and aquaplaning, cars driving into adjacent water features, driver fights, drivers getting lifts from other drivers, people pushing their cars over the finish line - but a lightning strike on a car :D

I was in Malaysia a few years ago, the lightning is quite something, especially during monsoon season, and te fact that they lacked lightning conductors made it especially scary. Wonder if it does strike the track...apparently it did about an hour after qualifying!!!!!
