PWC have writern a report into BSF this review makes interesting reading

 

ICT fares well in BSF review - but not transformation

 

perhaps the phrase from my school report "could do better" sums it up

 

though I do like

"the business case for managed service provision needs to be more carefully thought through and the potential benefits of this approach (in contrast to schools managing their own ICT provision) needs to be more carefully explained to schools to help secure their buy-in"
