Cannot access Webhost via ftp or cPanel(2083)

Hello,

 

Have a problem accessing our webhost through ftp and cPanel.

 

It was working, after i waited an age for the LEA to open ports, but now its stopped.

 

The LEA say they have changed nothing.

 

Spoke to a guy who says he can see the packets getting through the firewall.

 

Anyone any idea why it wont work.

 

I can access it when i use dialup to avoid the firewall etc

For ftp I have found that proxys can mess it up without switching ftp mode to passive so I would try that.
