itgeek Posted March 19, 2010 Posted March 19, 2010 Hi I have installed Ubuntu 9.10. I have installed moodle. I now want users to be able to connect top this from a windows 2008 domain from any pc. Do I need to add Ubuntu to the windows network? (how do I do this) Thanks
kmount Posted March 19, 2010 Posted March 19, 2010 No, you don't need to join it to your domain certainly initially. Can you browse to the moodle installation from one of your PCs? (It may require you to add a DNS record or such like for this).
itgeek Posted March 19, 2010 Author Posted March 19, 2010 Ok so ubuntu with moodle installed. How do you enable sso so that it looks at the user account who is logged in? Thanks
kmount Posted March 19, 2010 Posted March 19, 2010 A mod may wish to merge your threads on this. Other at http://www.edugeek.net/forums/virtual-learning-platforms/52716-ubuntu-9-10-moodle.html You didn't mention SSO in your initial question but yeah, follow the docs linked in the other thread there to get you started.
