License Transfer fees

Hi,

 

I was just wondering if anybody knows if Capita or Serco associate costs with transferring a license for their software, for instance if existing user schools merge, a school becomes an academy, a school is rebuilt under BSF, or they change their name and DCSF number, what then happens?

 

Any information would be greatly appreciated.
