What are "CC3 and CC4 engineers" then? I've seen reference to this 'CC' status elsewhere on Edugeek, is it an RM 'thing'?

It's some kind of network/desktop management software for school.

But you are correct ... much vilified (sometime for good reason) Network Management software/layer produced by RM ...
