IMS Repository access in Moodle

I have managed to upload an IMS Package to my IMS Repository.

 

This package was uploaded using a science course.

Another science teacher now needs to use the same IMS package for their course. How can they access the package without having to upload it again?

 

It would appear that each course only has access to it's own storage area and no central library or repository.

 

Is there any way of changing this?
