Office 2003 & Windows 7

Afternoon,

 

Has anybody had a problem with the Office 2003 suite forcing to French Spell check when used under Windows 7?

 

I have a document which starts as 'English UK' under spell check and then switces to French automaticlly half way through and will not change back.

 

However, when I try exactly the same document on a Windows XP machine with Office 2003, it all checks fine!

 

I have so far removed and recreated the normal.dot template and completely re-installed the Office suite.

 

Any ideas?

no but i've had it were it was forcing US rather than UK english and it turned out to be because the text was copied/pasted from a webpage.
