Laser pointers

We have a teacher here who is in need of a laser pointer to assist in teaching. I have no idea about this type of thing, so wondered if anyone can shed some light on different types available etc?

 

It is only going to be used for pointing at the whiteboard and such like.

 

The user suffers from Rheumatoid Arthritis, so it needs to be comfortable to hold, pick up and use. The facility to attach a lanyard would be useful.

Most wireless presenters have them in these days and won't cost much more than something which is *just* a laser pointer. Why not consider one of those then it has two uses?
