Abaddon Posted March 2, 2010 Posted March 2, 2010 Does anyone know of any that are readily available that actually work with 64-bit Win 7? And I mean DO work, as opposed to just saying they work! Had trouble with the Microsoft LifeCam VX-5500 which is logo'd and compatible according to Microsoft.. well.. not any either of the two PC's I put it on it isn't! Microphone works but no video. Same problem on both. Works just fine on a 3rd PC with 32-bit on it though....
AngryTechnician Posted March 2, 2010 Posted March 2, 2010 My Logitech QuickCam Pro 4000 works perfectly, so I would expect the more up-to-date QuickCams to work too since it's one big jolly driver package.

Abaddon Posted March 4, 2010 Author Posted March 4, 2010 Sorted now.. was missing an UpperFilters registry key on both machines. Created the key in the right place, and both now working correctly.
