Hi Guys,

 

I am trying to deploy net support via the remote console and I keep getting this error in the log -

Does anyone have any ideas?

Where are your installation files stored, i know you can change where it pulls the data from, i had a couple of issues when i tried to install across the network and i found the files where on the local machine.

 

I moved them to a network share and then redeployed having changed the install source and it worked fine.

I think the "The directory name is invalid" error is from the system, is the destination a valid folder name on Windows (ie no invalid characters etc)?
