I think the "F1 !! F1 !!" is going on my wall first thing in the morning - after I sort out the influx of phone calls as i have forced a password change on ALL staff accounts before I went home.....

No not old password, new password - if you look at the boxes the old password is filled in alre . . . . oh too late you've pressed OK, I heard it beep. Now you need to type your old password in the top box.

I know, but because you did it wrong, you now need to type your old password as well. Then your new password twice. Que fumbling at the end of phone, no that's still not working can you come down. . . . .
