Norfolk Support Staff - MRS JE Numbers

Morning all,

 

The MRS finalisation is approaching now. I've emailed and PM'ed a few of my Norfolk colleagues on here but I'm still trying to get hold of more JE Numbers (JE0000) to make a comparison with mine.

 

The response I've had so far is that Network Managers are fairly scattered in their MRS Assessments. Some NM's at School starting at Grade 6 (Old Gradings) and others on SO3 or above.

 

My initial idea on the MRS is that it is meant to level the playing field somewhat. I've not seen that in my small amount of results I've had in.

 

So, if any of you in the Norfolk area are willing to drop their JE Numbers in it would be appreciated.

 

The reason I started this is that I'm still (according to MRS) at my old school as a Technician!

No they look correct. Most NM's in theory should be on one of the T18 scales depending on school size and if you're doing an cluster support work.

 

The problem a few have been independantly evaluated because they don't fit into the T18 job description and others, like me, have been randomly attached to someone elses independant job evalution. As I result I'm current stuck on T17.

I don't think so, but my number is not on there, but yours is Plexer.

 

I'd just like to be put up to T18 so I come in line with other NM's who do the same job as me.

 

Mine just says Scale G at the mo.
