NBT BT issue since LA installed Broadband upgrade

I recently posted a question about speed issues on Broadband upgrade relating to the other school I work in. Thanks for the very useful replies.

 

In my main school this week the LA got BT etc to install the kit for the broadband upgrade. Since the Actellis box was installed the server has been reporting a NBT BT error message:

 

Any ideas please as to what I need to do to resolve this.

Description:
