Student Reward/Merit Scheme (electronic)

Hi

 

We are looking at setting up an electronic rewards system at the moment (our negative behaviour system is excellent, but we need to redress the balance now).

 

The school has come to me with something callled vmpro2 student merit module. It looks good and has a nice little barcode scanner that the teachers zap them with to give them merits (yes just like BETT...). It's all downloeded to sims at the end of the week.

 

A quick search of here gave no results which was a tad worrying. I've seen vivomiles at shows but this seems a bit of complicated and I don't think it will sort sims.

 

The only requirements is that it's easy to use (the barcode scanner appeals to them) for teachers and can hook into sims.

 

Any recommendations and has anyone used vmpro2?
