jmair Posted February 3, 2010 Posted February 3, 2010 We had a Raid failure on our Exchange 2003 server. I took a previous "image" I had and put it on another machine. All works fine (incoming/outgoing). Except, in order to get it to work on the client side, I need to uncheck the cache feature in Outlook 2003 and 2007 for it to retrieve info. Is there another way around this? For example, am I just putting a bandaid on an issue and not seeing where the problem is coming from? Let me know if you need any more info.
jmair Posted February 3, 2010 Author Posted February 3, 2010 I've noticed that on the client machines, in Outlook, the most recent email is the last email from the exchange backup date and nothing new is coming in. Could there be some kind of time mismatch that wont allow the Outlook machines to grab the new emails?
