Changes to BT Call Charges

I've just had this little beauty drop into my inbox from BT. Right at the end, after a load of advertising that I'd generally ignore, is this :

 

We'd also like to make you aware of some changes to our prices, terms and conditions, effective from 1st April 2010. These include changing what we define as the evening call period for all types of calls: at the moment from 6pm-6am, but changing to 7pm-7am.

 

So BT are banking on an increase in profits from 1st April because people have failed to notice this...

Totally with SKY here on line rental, calls and broadband. But thanks for the update.

Falls on aprils fools day..maybe a hint..

 

I'm going to tell my parents to switch from BT, they pay far too much for line rental and other silly charges.

 

Do you know whether sky do phone and satellite tv bundles?

 

I'm perfectly happy with my current ISP so i dont want to switch that.

Humm - i received the same pamphlet yesterday and quickly flicked through all the promotional and advertising crap and never spotted that one. Looks like i have better take a closer look tonight!
