Sims Sub Reports Subtotal

I`m trying to do a report to count how many achievemnt points and behaviour points each student has received in a given period. my report consiste of the students names form etc, a sub report on behaviour listing the points and one on achievement listing the points is it possible to subtotal each of these.

Try this one for size - You may need office 2007 for the macro to run:) EDIT: Nope, works in 2003, that one!

 

SIMS won't report behaviour points between dates straight out of the box; it needs a bit of fudging (as in reporting all the points for all the incidents and using a macro to add em up)

Found a few that almost do what i needIs there a guide anywhere showing how to edit the macro part just so i can tweka them a bit?

The posted reports with built-in macros are surely the way to go, but depending on what output you have, sometimes the Excel Sub-Total feature (Data | Sub Totals) can help break the data quickly.
