proxy control software

Dont know if i have the right title but am looking for some software which will manage two internet connections.

One our network connection and one standard karoo line. basically want it so i can plug both connections into one pc and share the karoo line down our network and just have to switch proxy settings in IE to acess the karoo line.

 

Will only be used by our finance team so they can acess a banking website which were having problems with on YHGFL.

 

If anyone knows what am on about and knows of some software or a cheep bit of hardware which can do this would be a great help.

I know isa 2010 (TMG) can do this. However not tried it myself yet.
