Archive folder cannot be found

Hi all

 

I have never set up an an autoarchive here, but every so often or users are getting the following:

I think i'm being slightly thick here but is there any way I can turn this off?

Here it is attatched as the above image wasn't showing on my computer!

Sometimes the user will accept a "Do you want to Archive?" message, which then creates the file. If you have redirected folders the file might be on the network share or mapped drive instead of the local one.

 

There is a setting in Outlook to not Archive anything. Not with my Outlook installation just now so can't give more precise info sorry.
