ARRGGhh- XenServer - DC/Storage Server Died

Okay both DC VMs and the storage server VM have died (All Windows 2008) on our XenServer 5.5 install our print server and QCA testing server (Windows 2003) work fine nothing is showing in the console (says looking for guest console) rebooted but still not working!
