Guest L3o Posted January 8, 2010 Posted January 8, 2010 Hi Feebs, You can edit the settings.xml file located in the webapps\ePortal\Conf folder. Search for - HideResults false - - HideResultsAfterDate 05-07-2005 Change it to true and change the date to a day before the results will be published - HideResults true - - HideResultsAfterDate 07-01-2010 Leo

Guest L3o Posted January 8, 2010 Posted January 8, 2010 Changing the value to true makes the results hide after the date you enter in. So for Wednesday next week I would turn it to true and then use the date 05-01-2010. When you want to show the results again you either move the date to a later date, or turn the value to false again. The ePortal services need to be restarted for the settings to take affect. You can experiment with Assessment Results if you want to test it. Leo
fil_b Posted January 8, 2010 Author Posted January 8, 2010 when i hide the results will i need to restart the services then??
-Link2ICT- Posted January 8, 2010 Posted January 8, 2010 (edited) Yes, you will need to stop and start the eportal services. Or if you do this the day before you download the overnight refresh of the services will mean that the changes take place automatically and therefore you wont need to re-start.
